💛 Sensory Room Use Policy

Our sensory room is a calm, welcoming space designed to support regulation, exploration and relaxation for little ones. To make sure every child has the best possible experience, we kindly ask families to follow the guidance below.

🌈 Sessions & Bookings

• Sensory room sessions are booked in 1-hour slots.
• Shared sessions are available at £10 per child, with a maximum of 3 children in the room at one time.
• Private sessions are available at £30 per hour for exclusive use (up to 3 children - must be part of the same family).
• Shared sessions may be with children from different families.

🤍 Calm Play Environment 

• The sensory room is intended to be a quiet, gentle space.
• Calm play is encouraged — no running, climbing or rough play.
• We ask that children are supervised at all times by their accompanying adult.

🧸 Age & Suitability

• The sensory room is best suited to younger children and those who benefit from sensory play.
• If you’re unsure whether a shared session will suit your child, we recommend booking a private session for a more relaxed experience.

💫 If Your Child Needs More Space

• Every child is different — if your child becomes overwhelmed or needs extra space during a shared session, our team may suggest switching to a private session (subject to availability, must be switched within first 15 minutes).
• Our goal is always to support your child and help them feel safe and settled.

• Sensory equipment is designed to be explored gently.
• Please help us keep the room special for everyone by treating all equipment with care.
